Country-specific regulations — US payroll and overtime rules, UK statutory compliance, Australian awards and entitlements, Middle East localization — are captured here, so the build is accurate and scalable, not improvised.
03 · Testing
Testing & payroll parallels
Structured unit testing, end-to-end scenarios, UAT facilitation and payroll parallel runs with variance analysis. We build test packs around your real population — contracts, awards, overtime patterns, benefits eligibility — so go-live is a confirmation of readiness, not a leap of faith.
